SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping method. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or new product launches.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. 

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery.

Your local customs authority determines this charge and are not included in your order total. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For information regarding custom duty taxes in your country, please contact to your local postal or customs office.

If custom duty taxes and charges are refused at the time of the delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment fees.

International orders that refuse to receive the shipment, pay taxes, or put incorrect shipping address will be charged a return fee. 

MSLM ® is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred once the package leaves our facility.

Once a product is shipped out and noted "delivered" we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions or concerns.

 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

MSLM is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address and a reshipping fee have been confirmed.

PREORDERS & BACKORDERS

For preorder or backordered items, shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are available for a single shipment unless otherwise arranged.
