When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival.

Are the decks refundable?
All sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged (not packaging). Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.
